About this studio
Central PA’s home for elite dance and musical theater training in a loving environment
Frances Mohler Dance Company is Central Pennsylvania's home for elite dance and musical theater training, serving dancers, singers, and actors ages 3 through 18. Classes progress through a signature level system — from Rainbow for first-time preschool dancers through Onyx, the studio's highest training level — with Diamond, an invitation-only accelerated track, for ambitious younger dancers ready for more.
Beyond Recreational Dance, FMD offers the Helix Competitive Company, Mainstage Musicals, and the FIAMMA Musical Theater Conservatory — a dedicated acting and vocal performance program for students serious about musical theater.

Our Faculty
Frances Mohler Dance Company is led by founder Frances Mohler, who built the studio around a simple philosophy: technique is a priority and love is a given. The teaching team brings real depth across dance and musical theater, guiding students through every stage of the studio's level system — from a dancer's very first class through advanced competitive and conservatory-level training — with genuine mentorship at every step.
