You will love watching your child’s excitement as confidence grows, skills develop, and dreams begin to come true at Cleveland City Dance.
Dance offers so much more than beautiful movement. Your child builds confidence, poise, coordination, discipline, and strength while developing the focus and determination of an athlete. They will create friendships and experience the joy of belonging to a supportive community. From the classroom to the stage, you’ll see your dancer blossom.
Classes are designed with nurturing, caring teachers helping students grow both mentally and physically—from ages 2 to 85. Choose from ballet, jazz, tap, modern, hip-hop, contemporary, acro, musical theater, and more.
Dancers enjoy meaningful performance opportunities through the nonprofit City Ballet of Cleveland, including the beloved Uniquely Cleveland Nutcracker. Students also learn from visiting professional dancers, attend festivals, and participate in master classes and workshops with nationally and internationally recognized choreographers and instructors, including Broadway artists.
The training at Cleveland City Dance can open doors far beyond the studio. Former dancers have gone on to dance with respected companies, including New York City Ballet and Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, and have received scholarships to major universities.

We understand the dedication, talent, and hard work of self-expression through modern and classic dance instruction. We have found that confidence and self-awareness are integral rewards of artistry and technique, and we look forward to sharing these with our current and future students!
