Our Faculty
Reverence Dance Academy is led by Studio Owner Karisa Vander Weele, a Calvin University graduate in graphic design with a dance minor, who took over the studio in 2023. Her teaching team includes Hannah Bernhardt, a Grand Valley State University dance graduate and choreography award winner currently apprenticing with two Michigan dance companies, alongside instructors training at Hope College and Cornerstone University. Reverence's faculty shares a genuine commitment to both dance excellence and faith, creating a warm, God-honoring environment for every student.
