Northern Lights Dance Academy

Northern Lights Dance Academy is committed to bringing traditional and quality dance training to Cadillac, home to both the Northern Lights Irish Dancers and the Cadillac Classical Arts Company. NLDA is the only traditional Irish Dance school in all of Northern Michigan, teaching Irish dance since 2007 and competing both locally and internationally.

NLDA's classical ballet program is led by Director Elizabeth Dewey, a highly certified instructor dedicated to bringing quality training to her dancers in a positive environment. The academy's Pre-Professional program gives every student the chance to grow to their fullest ability, with ballet classes supplemented by Progressing Ballet Technique, classical variations, character dance, and contemporary ballet.
