K&B Dance Company has provided exceptional dance education in Bay City since 2021, founded by Owner and Director Kailey Freed. Every week, Kailey and her team of instructors work with hundreds of dancers of all ages and skill levels, offering ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, lyrical, and more through a Recreational Dance Program, an Elite Competition Team, Yoga classes, and a Scholarship Program ensuring dance is accessible to every family.
K&B is a place where dancers grow in confidence, creativity, and community — with open enrollment, flexible scheduling, and performance opportunities including an annual Winter Showcase and June Recital.

Our Faculty
K&B Dance Company is led by Owner and Director Kailey Freed, who has danced since age 2 and holds a Module One certification through Acrobatic Arts, along with having tested through all 9 levels of Al Gilbert's graded tap technique. Kailey also coaches the Bay City Western High School Varsity Dance Team, which won a national title at the Spirit Shine Dance and Pom Competition under her direction.
Kailey leads a team of dedicated instructors, covering everything from the studio's youngest Caterpillar and Butterfly classes through Elite Competition Team training — giving every dancer, from their very first class to competition-level training, genuine, dedicated instruction.
