Debbi Gould Dance Center is led by Director Debbi Gould, certified through Dance Masters of America and the Dance Teachers' Club of Boston, with training on scholarship at the Tremaine Dance Center in Los Angeles and credits including MTV videos and three years as a New England Patriots Cheerleader.
DGDC's faculty is remarkably credentialed: Angela Carter danced professionally with Houston Ballet, Milwaukee Ballet, and Atlantic Ballet; Melissa Bistany performed at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta; Lauren Sylvia placed Top 12 at YAGP Contemporary Semifinals and trained at Festival Ballet Providence; and Tatiana O'Beso, a former National Ballet of Peru lead dancer, performed for Pope John Paul II at World Youth Day. This depth of professional dance and performance experience gives DGDC students access to instruction rarely matched at a studio this size.
