Adrenaline Dance Company is Miami's premier dance studio, founded in 2012 by Director Alexandria "Alex" Anthony, a former USA World Championship representative. Now in its 15th season, Adrenaline offers recreational classes in ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, contemporary, and acro alongside Team Pulse, the studio's award-winning national-title competition team, and Gentle Barre, an inclusive adaptive ballet program for children with diverse learning needs.
Adrenaline's dancers have earned over 150 national titles, and the studio partners with Miami-Dade schools, pediatric therapists, and inclusion advocates to support its adaptive and community programs.
