O’Brien Center of the Arts

In 2012, Martha O'Brien opened the O'Brien Center of the Arts to share her knowledge and love of ballet with the children of Sonoma County. She believes every child can benefit from ballet because of the confidence and discipline it instills. Martha applies elements from Russian, French, and English techniques to create well-rounded and versatile dancers. Advanced students audition for summer intensives at well-known ballet schools, while younger students attend studio intensives with extra conditioning, master classes, and opportunities to try new forms of dance. Students perform twice yearly at Spreckels Performing Arts Center.
