About this studio
MJ’s Academy of Dance in Tuscaloosa was started in 2005 by owner Mary Jo Thompson and serves dancers from beginners to advanced students developing professional-level skills. Classes start with Wiggle and Giggle for 2-year-olds and combo classes of ballet, jazz, tumbling and tap for ages 3 and 4, through to company dancers. Small classes and positive reinforcement are used in every class.
